How does the subscription work?
Once you join the club, Dotti will send a new, adventure-filled bundle to your mailbox every month. Your payment will be processed automatically on the same day each month, so you never have to worry about missing an adventure!
When will the letters arrive?
Dotti is a busy traveler! To make sure every child stays in sync, we ship all our monthly bundles on the 20th of every month.
- If you are in Europe: You can typically expect your letter to arrive within a week of shipping.
- If you are International: Travel takes a little longer! Depending on your location and local postal services.
Don't worry if it doesn't arrive on the exact same day each month—international travel takes time, but Dotti always makes sure her letters find their way to your home!
What age is this best for?
Dotti’s adventures are designed to spark curiosity and wonder, making them a perfect fit for children in their prime exploration years, typically ages 5 to 9.
- For our youngest travelers (3–5): It’s a beautiful shared experience! Children love the storytime and the tactile fun of opening the mail, while parents help with the activities.
- For our independent adventurers (6–9): This is the 'sweet spot' where children can read the letters themselves, dive into the puzzles, and start building their own global 'Travel Encyclopedia.'
- For the young at heart (10+): We have plenty of older siblings who still love collecting Dotti’s souvenirs and keeping up with her latest destinations!

How much does shipping cost?
FREE! It´s on us.
We believe in making the adventure simple. We have bundled the cost of shipping directly into the subscription price so that you don't have to worry about separate delivery fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay for the subscription itself.
What currency will I be charged in?
Our store displays prices based on your location. However, all final transactions are processed in Euro (€). If your bank account uses a different currency, your bank may apply a standard exchange rate at the time of purchase.
